CUSTOMERS’ NOTES

To ensure an exceptional dining experience, please review our reservation and dining policies before your visit.

 

Reservations:

  • Reservations are available up to 90 days in advance. We recommend booking at least one (01) month in advance to secure your table.
  • We offer only a 06-course tasting menu for dinner, there are no other menu formats available.

Booking Guidelines:

  • The main dining area seats up to six (06) guests per table; larger parties will be seated in a private dining room (PDR) under PDR policies.

Deposit Policy:

  • A deposit is required for groups of five (05) or more, with instructions provided during booking. A payment link will be sent within one (01) working day; for last-minute reservations, call +84 91 173 5800. Reservations are confirmed only after the deposit is received.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Deposits are refundable if canceled at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, they are non-refundable.

Dining Policies:

Dietary Restrictions & Food Allergies:

  • We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies, and strongly recommend you communicate with us in advance if you have any.
  • Requests not communicated in advance will be customized based on market availability; otherwise will be replaced with plant-based options.

Dress Code:

Our dress code is smart casual, however, we strongly recommend dressing up for the occasion.

Children Policy:

  • Children aged 12 and above are welcome.
  • We do not offer a children’s menu—only the full tasting menu is available.

Corkage Policy:

  • We offer a one-for-one policy, allowing guests to bring one bottle of wine without a corkage fee when purchasing a bottle from our wine list.
  • Alternatively, guests may bring their own bottles with the following corkage fees:
    • Wine: VND 1,500,000++ per bottle
    • Champagne: VND 1,700,000++ per bottle
    • Spirits: VND 2,000,000++ per bottle
  • For any wine or spirit that is already listed on our beverage menu, a corkage charge of 50% of the menu selling price will apply.

Cake Policy:

Special cakes can be ordered in advance. Guests bringing their own cake will incur the standard cake charge of VND 500,000++ per cake.

Food & Takeaway Policy:

  • Outside food is not permitted; and orders from other outlets cannot be served at Akuna.
  • Takeaway or taking leftover food home is not allowed due to food safety and food presentation standards.
