MAIN DINING AREA

The main dining room features an open kitchen, allowing guests to indulge in the adrenaline of the chefs in action. Flanked with full-height glass windows, diners can also look out to a 180° view of the Saigon river and Ba Son Bridge. A commissioned “Waves” chandelier, handcrafted with 1,100 Murano glass tubes illuminates the 50-seater restaurant; and artworks by Australian artist Tony Wilson complete Akuna’s design with a hint of Chef Sam’s origins.

CHEF'S COUNTER

The exclusive Chef’s Counter offers the best seats in the house. Crafted from a ancient tree that has been submerged under water for centuries, guests are promised a close-up display of the culinary action in full motion. Guests can also enjoy personal conversations with the chefs, and expect “first dibs” on interesting anecdotes behind the dishes.

PRIVATE DINING ROOM

Ideal for intimate corporate gatherings, private celebrations and special occasions, Akuna’s private dining rooms seat between 8 to 10 guests. Curated menus, exquisite wine pairings and personalised touches can be tailored to your preference, elevating any event to a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
